How do you make mullien tea? I have mullien flower and leaf but I’m not sure how to brew it. How much tea to how much water? How long do I need to brew, etc?

Since both the leaves and the flowers can be used in teas, I would suggest that you mix the two into a small batch and crush the dried material, if it is not crushed already. One heaped teaspoon to one cup of boiling water is the general guideline. Cover the cup so the volatile oils (the medicinal properties) do not escape. Ten to 15 minutes of steeping is recommended for herbal teas. I would suggest you to use a metal tea ball or straining the liquid after the steeping process. A little honey can be added for flavour.
