I would like information on where I can obtain a product called FINES HERBS. I can’t seem to find it anywhere.

The term "fines herbes" refers not to a manuafactured product but rather to a blend of fresh herbs used in French cooking. The classic four herbs are parsley, chives, tarragon and chervil, in equal measure. The fresh leaves are minced and added to soups, sauces, cheese and egg dishes in the last minute of cooking. Adding at the last minute preserves some of the delicate flavour and aroma of the herbs and their fresh green colour. Because the four herbs do not dry well this blend is only used in the fresh form.
