Do you have a herb book?

Thyme in the Kitchen was designed to assist cooks (novices and experts) in using fresh herbs to enhance the flavour of dishes. TIK includes an herbal primer (how to grow, harvest and store culinary herbs freezing and drying, with a section on how to capture the flavour of herbs for later use...in oil, vinegar, butter, mustard, honey, etc.) and terrific tips and recipes for cooking with fresh herbs.
