Which are the best herbs to add to a scrambled eggs and mushroom dish?

Fresh herbs are a natural for eggs. Parsley and chives are basic add-ins, but chervil, basil dill or tarragon are also delicious. Sometimes the herb you add depends on what else is included with the eggs or is being eaten with it. Thyme or lemon thyme goes well with mushrooms, so you could add a bit of that to your scrambled eggs or omelette. A tarragon sauce is great for poached eggs on a toasted English muffin or tarragon or dill with chives in a mayonnaise to go with hard cooked eggs or in egg salad. Basil can be used if you have with grilled tomatoes alongside or in a frittata or strata with vegetables. Fines Herbes, a mixture of chervil, chives, parsley and tarragon also is good with eggs.
