Starting a Herb Garden

I was hoping you could help me. I was going to start a herb garden but don’t know how to start. Can you offer any suggestions?

The simplest way to start a herb garden is to pick a sunny spot in your garden or on your windows and estimate how many plants it might accommodate. If you look at our online catalogue under the Herb Collections there are several collections that include the most popular and easiest herbs to grow. If you have a brown thumb then the plants, rather than seeds might be a better idea. Our seed packets give you detailed instructions on how to grow the seedlings, but if you still feel unsure we sell a great book: Growing Herbs (see our online catalogue under the Books section, "G Books") that is written for herb enthusiasts starting their first garden.
