Dried Up Bay Tree

I have a question regarding a Bay Laurel plant I have had for several years. Unfortunately, the plant was placed in front of a heat register and the majority (about 90%) of the leaves are completely dried out. What should I do? Is the plant salvageable?

The 10% of leaves still alive mean that there is still hope. Keep the plant well watered in a cool spot and it might surprise you yet! Don’t cut any branches off until the plant is sprouting new leaves and then only cut back branches that are not growing- you have to let the plant get back its strength by letting it grow as many new leaves as possible.
