Growing Rauwolfia

I am trying to grow Rauwolfia. Can you give more details about germination and grow on conditions?

Soak seeds overnight in tepid water before sowing. Rauwolfia is a tropical plant and therefore needs good bottom heat under the seed flat to germinate and later it grows and germinates best at a temperature of about 25 degrees Celsius. In the winter months it is easiest to supply bottom heat by setting the seed tray on top of a radiator. Make sure you don’t let the tray dry out though, since that would kill any seeds that have started to germinate. During the winter keep the plants almost dry, but during the rest of the year they like hot and humid conditions.
