I have a rosemary plant in the house and it recently died is there any way to save the plant or do i have to throw it away.

If when you snap a stem or branch and you find that the inner tissue is dry or brown with no sign of green, live tissue, then the plant is dead, and you should replace it. If you find some green tissue in some of the branches, new growth may appear in time. Keep the soil moist, but not soaking wet, allowing the soil to dry (but not dry out) between waterings. If the plant is going to come back at all, it will do so in the next month or two.
