Planting Different Varieties Basil Together

I am wondering if different varieties of basil can be planted together or if they will cross-pollinate?

They will certainly cross-pollinate if planted within 500 feet of each other, but unless you plan to save the seed for next year’s plants , this should be quite irrelevant. Any seedlings from these plants would be a merry mixture of all the varieties planted this year in close proximity.
