Temperature for Germination

Hello, I ordered seeds this spring and sowed them back on March 27th. The jujubees still have not come up and only 1 lovage seedling has sprouted. I also sowed watercress at the same time and it is coming up really well. The room they are in stays around 58-60 degrees F. Is this too cool for the lovage and jujubes to germinate?

I do think that the temperature is too low for adequate seed germination. The preferred temperature would be at 70 degrees Fahrenheit, or room temperature. There would be a marked difference if you could move your seed tray to a warmer location. Both jujube and lovage would germinate in a 7-10 days at this temperature. Watercress, however, will germinate at 50-60 degrees Fahrenheit, as it did for you.
