Systemic Repellent Herb for Animals

I am inquiring about a herb that when eaten by animals or birds creates a systemic insect repellent within the body. This would be to repel fleas, mites, lice etc. Do you know of any such herb?

Not that we know of. The only herb we know of that might possibly have this effect is garlic.
