Orange and White Cat with Bad Kidneys, Liver and Legs Answered by: Kerry Hackett Question from: Kathryn C Rothchilde Posted on: April 16, 2007
I’m contacting you regarding my 8 1/2 year old male orange and white cat who has bad kidneys, liver and legs. What kind of herb would you recommend for him? A liquid would be easier to give than a capsule, etc. I thought possibly Dandelion or Milk Thistle in a sweetened water base.
I am not sure what you mean by "bad" kidneys, liver and legs. Are you referring to kidney failure? Kidney infection? High liver enzyme count on your cat’s bloodwork? Arthritis? Nerve conditions which are making it difficult for your cat to walk? There are a myriad of ailments that could apply to the title of "bad" in each of these body systems. Therefore, until more information is known, it is impossible to comment.
