Large Growth on a Friend’s Dog

The girl dog has a large growth next to one of her tits about the size of a egg. It doesn’t seem to bother her; she plays and all like before. The owner says she continues to pee after urinating. Was looking for a home remedy with herbs, I guess, to help heal these problems.
