Styrian Pumpkin Answered by: Conrad Richter Question from: Angelina Fioritti Posted on: August 30, 1999
I have grown some of your Styrian Pumpkins from seed and they are doing very well. My question is can the flesh of the pumpkin be prepared and eaten like standard pumpkins?
Yes, the flesh is edible. The hull-less seeds and the medicinally active oil expressed from the seeds are the important features of this variety. However, the flesh is also edible. Prepare like regular pumpkins.
