I have a recipe that calls for poultry seasoning and I have none. I have a lot of herbs in my cupboard. What can I use?

Here’s a recipe to make your own poultry seasoning: Combine 1 tbsp each: dried marjoram, sage, thyme and rosemary. Store in glass jar; crush leaves before using to bring out the flavour.
