Horseradish Leaves Edible? Answered by: Yvonne Tremblay Question from: Dan Foster Posted on: August 06, 2006
We have several "horseradish" plants in our garden. We’ve dug up the roots and made horseradish. However, the question is: Are the leaves edible? Your opinion based on a botanical base, would be greatly appreciated before we try "cooking" the leaves.
Yes, the leaves of the horseradish plant are edible and can be used in salads.
