Cooking with Rosemary

Sorry not about thyme -- how do I use rosemary from my plant for cooking and grilling?

Rosemary goes well with most meats, especially lamb. Use when cooking eggplant, squash; in sauce for lasagna; in vinegars, oils and marinades; with thyme for roasting/ frying potatoes (with garlic too); in oil brushed on focaccia; in marinade for olives. Finely chopped rosemary may be added to cookies, breads, cornbread, biscuits, etc. Long rosemary stems may be used as skewers for grilled kebabs (remove all but a few leaves at the end.)
