Do the climbing strawberries grow in region 3a?

Climbing strawberries are hardy in zones 5 to 9, but they can be overwintered indoors in a sunny window in a hanging basket. The will continue to give you strawberries, since they are everbearing. Try to keep them a bit cooler and mist the leaves if the house is very dry. This helps to prevent spider mite attacks.
