Planting Chamomile and Coriander Seeds in Florida Summer Answered by: Inge Poot Question from: Eryn J. Posted on: July 27, 2005
I live in Florida, USA and I have chamomile and coriander seeds that I would like to plant in pots. Do you think that they would grow well since Florida has very mild winters, even though it is not technically planting season? And if so should I keep then indoors or out?
Out of doors, Florida summers are too hot to germinate coriander seeds and chamomile seeds would probably have a hard time to stay moist enough to survive at first. By all means grow them in large pots and put them outside once it gets cooler in the fall.
