Miracle Grow on Herbs

Is it OK to spray Miracle Grow on edible herbs? Does it wash off with normal rinsing under a running faucet?
I cannot answer this question directly, because I do not have this product with its description in front of me. If the product has a spreader-sticker included in its formulation then it is not suitable for anything edible, because it will not wash off very easily. But if you are doing all the work of growing your own herbs, why not stick with organic food for them, so that you will be sure that you are producing something that is better for you than the grocery store alternative. You can always use up your Miracle Grow on your flowers.
