Is there any herb to help premature ejaculation?

Premature ejaculation is often a symptom of stress or anxiety, especially anxiety of sexual performance. You could try oats, taken as a tea, a tincture or a juice. Oats strengthens the nerves and is a sexual stimulant. Damiana is a tonic for the nervous and reproductive systems and is used to enhance sexual performance.

James Duke in "The Green Pharmacy" ( St. Martin’s Press, 175 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10010) suggests Fava beans, the best food source of the compound L-dopa, have an age-old reputation as an aphrodisiac. Duke states that large quantities of L-dopa cause a painful persistent erection, but suggests "8 - 16 ounces just might contain enough L-dopa to give erection a nice boost".
