Ginkgo and Poison Ivy

I have recently heard that if you are allergic to poison ivy you should not take Ginkgo Biloba. Is that correct?

I haven’t heard this, but imagine that the logic is that the circulation enhancing properties of Ginkgo will speed the circulation of poison ivy’s toxins in the blood, possibly encouraging a systemic outbreak.
