Is there a herb for testosterone? I have to take medication to keep the level up where it needs to be.

Herbs that help to maintain balanced production of testosterone in the endocrine glands include Ginseng, Licorice and Sarsaparilla. Zinc is required for testosterone production, and is found naturally in egg yolk, brown rice, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. Alcohol and citrus fruits decrease the body’s absorption of zinc.
