Do you know this plant is called "arthritis plant" in Australia and my friend said it is very effective?
Well, I gave fresh herb to my friend from another friend’s greenhouse and it was very effective to her knee pain.
I am looking forward to grow it in the spring.
Gotu kola is known to have a regenerative effect on connective tissue. Helping to repair ligaments, joints, etc. may be how the herb helps arthritis sufferers.
