Could you tell me what you know about this herb? How effective is it, for what conditions do you take it, and where is it available.

Pau d’Arco is a herb from the Brazilian rainforest that has a reputation for boosting the immune system. The tea has been used for the treatment of cancer. More recently herb experts have suggested that it is more useful for the prevention of cancer, which presumably comes under attack by a strengthened immune system.
