Sweating and Body Odor

I sweat so much all the time under my arms, whether it be summer or winter, whether I’m hot or cold, I still sweat! It has nothing to do with my diet...I have tried changing it, but I have been like this my WHOLE life, as are my 3 sisters that have the same problem! Is there anything that I can take to help slow down the sweating process so that I can wear tighter shirts and not be embarrassed bc there is a ring of sweat under my arms?

ALSO, I do not have a naturally "good" smelling body odor. My armpits smell all the time, not bad, just a light bitter smell...is there anything I can take to make my natural body odor smell better? I have tried changing the diet but that is not the key here...this, too, has been a whole life problem!

Regarding body odor, Siegfried Gursche, in "Encyclopedia of Natural Healing" (Alive Publishers, Canada, (800) 663-6580 or Natural Life Publishing Inc., U.S. (800) 663-6513), states that problems detoxifying through the kidney, liver and bowels will increase body odor, as more toxins remain in the body and must be eliminated through the skin. He lists strong smelling spices like curry and garlic as contributors to a strong body odor as their smells are eliminated through the skin.

Gursche suggests that the diet should promote complete digestion and prompt elimination of waste products. He recommends avoiding red meat, fried foods and heavy sweets, eating light meals including lots of vegetables and drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water daily to keep the kidneys clear. He states that magnesium, zinc and vitamin B6, all available in whole grains, metabolically remove odor-causing wastes.
