My name is Swiyyah, I have a question for you. Do you see any long term illness, or dangerous side affects from the following combined in a 00 size capsule powdered product taking 2 a day, 1 after 2 meals a day?
1. Dandelion Root
2. Burdock Root
5. Yellow Dock
8. Shavegrass (Horsetail)
9. Sage Leaf
10. Siberian Ginseng
11. Kelp Root
12. Lavender Flower
I have been taking these minerals since 1996, and I feel excellent every day. My hair has grown beautifully, nails, skin has cleared up from folliculitis, and I am not as tired as I have been. This is my patented creation and now friends and the community want it for themselves. Can you please give me your expert advice a.s.a.p. since we are both children of the peace and love times.
Don’t forget to let me know if I have stumbled on to something good. The herbal specialist here in town said all good things about what I created.
It is impossible for us (or anyobody) to get a blanket approval for a herbal remedy such as this. There are always situations where a particular remedy is not appropriate and may even be unsafe. With that in mind, I can say that most of the herbs in your formula are relatively safe. Herbs such as dandelion, rosemary, sage, burdock and lavender are common food herbs with histories of hundreds, if not thousands, of years of safe use. Horsetail, sarsaparilla, and siberian ginseng might require some additional scrutiny when used in a daily supplement such as this one because the effects of long term daily use are not known. There are no immediate reasons for worrying, but if I were you I would want to do more research on them before I promoted this supplement for indiscriminate daily use.
