My question: does oil of oregano affect blood pressure to your knowledge?

Oil of Oregano contains compounds known to lower blood pressure. To my knowledge, there have been no human studies performed that verify this action.

Great care must be taken when using the true oil of oregano. It is very strong, toxic in large doses, and can irritate the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract. For information on how to use it, please go to our website at http://www.richters.com, choose "Q&A" from the main menu, and enter the word "oregano" for the search. For information on herbs used to lower blood pressure, enter "blood pressure" for the search.
