Is there another herb you recommend for lazy or tired eyes? I am a young woman and at this time I am taking Bilberry, but don’t seem to find any difference.

Possibly the best remedy for most eye problems, including tired eyes, is eye exercises. Practiced for 10 - 15 minutes daily, they improve circulation to the eyes and strengthen them. There are excellent books that will provide you with more information: "The Eye Care Revolution", by Robert Abel, Jr. MD. Kensington Books, 1999, and "Relearning to See: Improve Your Eyesight - Naturally!", a book by Thomas R. Quackenbush that includes the Bates eye exercises.

Remedies for occasionally tired eyes due to eyestrain include cucumber and chamomile: apply either chamomile teabags moistened with cold water or slices of cucumber to closed eyes, and leave in place for 20 minutes.
