Bladder Infection?

I don’t know if I have a bladder infection or not but here are my symptoms: bloating, lower abdomen sensitive to the touch, frequent urination, interrupted urination. Is there an herb out there that you can recommend for these symptoms. I also have been having frequently vaginal infections. This is weird simply because I have been celibate for fourteen years.

It sounds like a bladder infection (cystitis), except that you don’t mention pain on urination. Do consult with a doctor to get a medical diagnosis.

Factors in vaginal infections include changing hormones towards menopause, causing the walls of the vagina to thin and a change in the character of vaginal secretions. This makes it easier for infection to set in. Other causes are contraceptives, antibiotics, anemia, diabetes, steroid therapy, alcohol and a high sugar diet. Please see:
