Hypothalamus Stimulated by Herbs?

Supposedly there is a formula to "turn on" the hypothalomus gland, eliminating fat that doesn’t come off during normal dieting, thus sculpting the body. When desired weight is achieved, cravings are nonexistant, and at that point you can eat anything. At the least, are there ANY herbs that can stimulate the gland?

There is no evidence and no consistent results with herbs that supposedly stimulate the hypothalamus to depress appetite for the purpose of weight loss. On the website http://www.diseaseproof.com/archives/diet-myths-hoodia-gordonii-natural-healthy-weight-loss-herb-or-snake-oil.html, a nutritionist discusses the marketing claims for Hoodia gordinii to affect the hypothalamus in this way.
