Can I take Dandelion, ginkgo biloba and gotu kola together? I have a regular low blood pressure 100/70- 90/60 and have hypoglycemia (but typically keep that at normal ranges with diet). I noticed that some of these herbs lower blood sugar levels and was wondering if they would have too much of an effect on my blood sugar. I would like to take them for the memory (blanks) and fatigue I feel throughout the day.

These herbs will likely be safe, but you will need to monitor your blood sugar for changes while you are taking these herbs. If your blood sugar decreases, you should stop taking the herbs.
