Would it be possible to recommend us Chinese herbs to help expelling pregnancy tissues from the uterus in the case that the fetus has died? The fetus is 8 weeks old.

I am sorry. It is outside the professional scope of practice for a herbalist to recommend herbs for this purpose. It is best to consult a physician for this.
