Do you know anything about this herb/berry? Could you give me info about growing and using it?

Wolfberry is a nutritious berry that looks similar to a raisin but is reddish orange in colour. I add these berries to baked goods, soups and stews for added nutrition and to help keep the immune system up. Traditionally, wolfberries have been used not only as an immune stimulant but also as a general nourishing and moistening tonic. They also have a reputation for their high antioxidant properties. They are a great food to add to your diet so long they have been grown organically due to the chemical history that has haunted this food.

I have fibromyalgia and am looking for healthy food. Can you recommend anything in particular?
