What is horny goat weed used for?
Horny goat weed (Epimedium grandiflorum) is a herb that has been researched and used to improve libido and impotence in men as well as decrease menopausal symptoms in women. The research seem promising thus far. This herb is best avoided in individuals with high blood pressure or heart problems.
