I would like to know if you have any information regarding restless leg snydrome. I have been told that it is a iron deficiency, folic acid deficiency, magnesium and calcium deficiency.. Would you agree to this? What remedies would you suggest to be taking to help alleviate this problem? Also, she is a 69 yr old, diabetic woman. Whenever you have time to respond will be muchly appreciated..

Yes, I do agree that it is related to nutritional deficiencies. This question has been addressed before and can be found at:

Also, what do you know about holy basil, I believe that I need to try and use this product as what I’ve been reading is, it is a great stress reducer, which is what I’m looking for..... will it grow here- northern Alberta (zone 1). Do you have an alternative for this holy basil, if I can’t get it or grow it here??

For information on the medical aspects of holy basil, please see:

Holy basil is an annual plant that is easy to grow from seed and is available for purchase from Richter’s. You might need to use grow lights to start them early indoors and place them in a warm location in the garden after the last frost.
