Ashwagandha and Holy Basil

What are your thoughts on Ashwagandha? and/or Holy Basil?

Ashwagandha is considered to be a tonic herb which means that it helps to balance and harmonize the body. Some even believe it is an adaptogen, which means it goes as far as helping to balance and protect the body from the negative effects of stress. It is a herb that is given to individuals of all ages including children and the elderly. Traditionally, it is the root that is used, by powdering it and drank in milk, being a traditional remedy used in India.
