What is/are the seven holy herbs and how do get some?

I am not familiar with any special grouping of seven holy herbs. People sometimes talk of the seven most holy herbs in the Bible but there does not seem to be any special significance to the number seven in that case. Hyssop would definitely be one of them but there are dozens of other herbs that are mentioned in the Bible, so which ones of these are the "most holy" ones, I don’t know.

Here is some more information about herbs in the Bible:

The city of Frankfurt is famous for a traditional sauce called "green sauce" which is made with seven "holy" herbs. Mayonnaise, sour cream and onions may be added but the seven herbs must be there. The herbs are grown in the nearby town of Oberrad, where the herbs are picked and used fresh. The seven herbs are parsley, chives, chervil, watercress, salad burnet, sorrel and borage. All of these herbs are available from Richters.
