Mislabeled Henbane Seeds

I purchased henbane seeds from another source and received seeds that are clearly not henbane. My concern is if labels have been switched around and someone may be getting henbane seeds mislabeled as an edible seed (and POISONING themselves!!!) I emailed the company and sent photos of the their seeds and my henbane seeds (with pod). They completely refuse to to admit the mistake. Here are the photos.

On the left of the photos are smooth, flat, reddish seeds they INSIST are henbane seed

On the right are the seeds and pods of what the insist are NOT henbane seeds
